Of course, it all depends what you’re going for and what type of finish you want to do but here’s how we see the numbers:
Rehab: at least $85k (it needs everything: roof, windows, electrical upgrade, etc)
Or put over a $100k in and hack it up into a three unit.
I don’t want to sell this one (it has everything every buyer wants up here) but Evan is making me send it out because we have too many other projects right this second!
